This barbell class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Military-inspired workouts focused on cardio, strength and agility.
BOSU is acronym for Both Sides Up; looks like an exercise ball
(stability ball) cut in half, with a hard surface platform
- Get your heart rate up with fun and challenging moves
- Similar to a step routine, including a variety of choreographed combinations as well as implementing sports-conditioning movements.
- Working out your body from head to toe while strengthening your core and improving your balance.
Fast paced Latin American dance aerobics with a fusion of Latin & international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective workout system.
Cardiovascular conditioning class that can be modified either high/low intensity.
Using Reebok steps - instructors will provide moves for the beginner, intermediate and the advanced stepper. All instructions may be performed on the floor for those whodo not prefer the platforms.
A great work-out alternating cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels as each person works at their own intensity level. (Wellness Center)
Instructor is certified through Yoga Fit. Yoga Fit Style is a form of Hatha Yoga which believes in “breathing, feeling, & listening” to the body. It is an active, flowing style of Yoga that can be modified to allow each participant to feel safe yet challenged.
This class uses a Suspension Trainer that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Fast, effective total-body workout; helps build a rock solid core and increase muscular endurance.
Functional Strength Class
Join the class that is designed to help with improving cardio and strength using functional movements and mixing them in a fast paced workout. The workouts vary using body weight, cardio and weightlifting in a blend of nonstop movement.
Low Impact Aerobics
Perfect introduction or reintroduction to exercise that will enhance physical and mental fitness. This class includes a 30 - 40 minute low-impact aerobic workout, plus exercises for flexibility, strength, and balance. Weights, bands and medicine balls are used to strengthen, tone and stretch muscles. Emphasis is on variety; no workout is ever the same and a variety of music is used to motivate. Health maintenance and general well-being is the goal of this class through commitment to a weekly routine.
Chair Exercise Class
This class includes 20 - 30 minutes of lower and upper body exercises with emphasis on range of motion and building endurance. After a 5-10 minute break, the remainder of the class is dedicated to balance and stretching. Some of the exercises can be performed standing, if the participant is able. Emphasis is on variety; no workout is ever the same and a variety of music is used to motivate. Regular attendance is encouraged.
X-Biking (Total Body Biking)
X-Biking, different than traditional indoor cycling (Spinning), provides a total body, true-to-real cycling indoor workout more akin to cross training typically only possible with a combination of exercises and equipment or a real outdoor bicycle.
Class is free to members, however because this class fills up quickly
the following options are available to ensure your spot in a particular class:
$10/month to reserve a spot in the class
$15/month to reserve a specific bike
Kettleworx Cardio consists of more jumping/hopping/swinging to ramp up heart rate. (Always with a lower impact option)
Kettleworx Resistance - a weightlifting style concentrating on muscle groups (minimal hopping/jumping etc.)
Kettleworx Core incorporates planks/situps/crunches to strengthen abs.
