ADAPTIVE REC ACTIVITIES

The Mexico Area Family YMCA is introducing a new series of Adaptive Rec programs. Free!

These are open to everyone of all ages

ADAPTIVE REC TRACK & FIELD

Whether you want to compete in the Special Olympics track meet later this spring or just want to come to track practice to get some exercise, all athletes with disabilities are invited to participate in our Adaptive Rec Program track practices! Contact Seth Cooke with any questions.

American Red Cross Babysitter's Training Course

The Mexico Area Family YMCA is now offering a Red Cross Babysitter's Training Course.

March 26, 2024  10AM-4PM

Ages 11-15

Minimum of 6 needed to host the class.

Cost: $75.00, Bring a Lunch

Purpose of the Class

Provide youth who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. Also includes basic first aid and CPR training.

Includes: Handbook and Certificate

The Mexico Area Family YMCA is offering Red Cross CPR Certification and training.

• Materials Provided
• No Prerequisite courses required
• Certification cards will be emailed to you
• Minimum Age: 12

There are 2 courses available:

FIRST AID/CPR/AED

• 4 Hour Class
• Certification good for 2 years
• $80/person
• 20% off with 6 or more participants ($64/person)

CPR/AED

• 2 Hour Class
• Certification good for 2 years
• $60/person
• 20% off with 6 or more students ($48/person)
