Perfect introduction or reintroduction to exercise that will enhance physical and mental fitness. Weights, bands, medicine balls are used to strengthen, tone and stretch muscles.
Active Chair
Aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises incorporating a chair for stability and sitting work.
Back to Basics
Combination of low-impact aerobics and strength conditioning using weights and bands.
Biking
This total body workout combines outdoor and indoor cycling in a safe, controlled, and exciting environment accompanied by motivational music.
Chair Exercise Class
All Aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises always sitting or next to a chair.
Chair Only
Exercises performed while sitting in a chair. Emphasis is on strength and flexibility.
Circuit
A great work-out alternating cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels as each person works at their own intensity level (Wellness Center)
Form Functional and Fitness Strength Class (FFF)
The class that is designed to help with improving cardio and strength using functional movements and mixing them in a fast paced workout. the workouts vary using body weight, cardio, and weightlifting in a blend of nonstop movement.
Gentle Yoga
A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. A perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or prefer a gentler approach to yoga.
Pilates
Traditional and contemporary Pilates; concentration on core muscles, includes stretching throughout workout.
POUND
Cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing desire to play the drums.
Power
A one-hour cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong.
Step Aerobics
Stepping up, over and around an adjustable step to the beat of high energy music.
Step Up & Dance
A mix of step, dance and targeted toning with different music, themes and routines each week.
Stretch & Tone
Exercises for abdominals, hips, legs and back on a floor mat including stretching throughout the workout.
Super Circuit

TBT (Total Body Training)
Workouts focused on cardio, strength, and agility. Will use various pieces of equipment.
Video Fit
Utilizing the MOSSA fitness program, class will alternate between different cardio, weights and body weight exercises for a full body workout.
Weight Wednesday
Class is focused on full body strength training using various forms of weights including body weight.
Yoga
Yoga Fit is a form of Hatha Yoga which believes in "breathing, feeling, & listening" to the body. This flowing style of Yoga that can be modified to allow each person to feel safe yet challenged.
